Dr. Jenna Lequia, Angel Morales, and Denise Lopez recently presented at the Association of Maternal & Child Health Programs (AMCHP) annual conference in New Orleans. Their presentation, “Families Influencing Change! Promoting Health Equity for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs through Family Engagement,” stems from the collaborative work WIHD is engaged in with our partner UCEDDS – Montefiore Einstein and University of Rochester – under the Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) Program contract with the NYS DOH.
