Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD) is dedicated to cultivating a positive patient and client experience. We strive to provide patients and clients with valuable resources including access to medical records, helpful links and products and ensure patient and client satisfaction.

While public mask wearing has been lifted, there are still some exceptions such as schools, healthcare facilities and unvaccinated individuals. Masks are still required in all healthcare settings in NY State regardless of vaccination status. Masks are still required when entering WIHD and throughout the building.
