WIHD hosts training at NYMC on working with individuals with disabilities and their families

WIHD hosted a training on April 19th at New York Medical College with over 200 MD students to sensitize them to quality-of-care issues for individuals with disabilities and their families. It was a fantastic event that featured many members of WIHD’s Speaker’s Network and LEND program, who advocate for themselves and others. A huge thank you to everyone who participated!
