Karen VanDenHeuvel, Katie Cohen, and Gemma White of our Assistive Technology Department ran an event with Tech Owl in Pennsylvania and the New York TRAID site. They met with a major international toy manufacturer ‘Spin Master’ to discuss how toys could be better adapted at the manufacturing level for individuals with disabilities and the concept of universal design within toys.
