FOCUS: Self-Determination Skills
Join us for a brief discussion on the importance of supporting the development of skills needed by students who will be transitioning to adult services, in order to help them to make choices and have a voice in planning their life after high school. Resources will be provided to recognize various adult service agencies and the different types of services available in NYS. Participants are encouraged to come with questions and leave with answers to “What’s next?” in their young adults’ transition to adulthood.
