Navigating Adult Services
For School district administrators and special educators: Join us for the second in a series of Transition Thought Exchange discussions to assist school districts in supporting their students and families in partnership with the Community Support Network. The October Thought Exchange will focus on opportunities for professional development for best practices to navigate adult services including OPWDD eligibility and information about Self-Direction services. Designed for District Directors, Transition Coordinators and Special Education Team members to assure appropriate and timely adult service coordination.
