Educational programs to which our children are exposed pave the way for their opportunities following the K-12 years. This presentation will address the expanding high school credential and exiting options for students with disabilities, and the importance of identifying post-secondary goals so that appropriate transition supports and services can be put into place. The discussion will include post-secondary measurable goals, high school transition service needs, and the coordinated set of transition activities. Please come join the conversation!
