FREE RESOURCE AND TRANSITION FAIR: For students of all ages with an IEP or 504 Plan, families, & professionals
- A variety of agencies and educational institutions (including colleges) will offer information and answer questions.
- Explore post-secondary options including recreation, advocacy, education, employment training including job-coaching, and much more.
- Learn about programs and resources offered by various agencies for adult day programs.
- There will be optional hourly presentations on various topics.
This event will be held from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm (Drop in when you can!)
