This session will provide an overview on the primary adult agency providers that are available in NYS and the different types of services they provide to support individuals with disabilities. Participants will receive resources to aid in the promotion of self-determination skills throughout the transition planning process to help students achieve positive post-secondary outcomes for employment, continued learning and independent living.
