Loan Program FAQs: For Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers

The Technology Loan Program for Infants and Toddlers is a service provided by the New York State TRAID Project and the New York State Department of Health. Additional funding for preschoolers in Westchester is provided by the Westchester County Department of Health.

The Loan Program helps families of children with disabilities borrow needed technology free of charge.

Children from 0-5 who are residents of Westchester County. Children from 0-3 who are residents of Putnam and Rockland Counties.

Families and service providers can call or visit to see if a needed device is available for loan. Devices can be borrowed for evaluation, therapy, school, or home use to support objectives in the IFSP or IEP.
