This presentation will give an overview of the different adult service systems which must be accessed by families in order to receive continued support services or programming once school ends and as youth prepare to exit from high school seeking employment opportunities, independence in their community and continued learning. Suggestions will be provided for parents to consider as they prepare for the many changes that can be expected as their child transitions from special education programs and services to adulthood.
