This workshop is for high school students with an IEP or 504 Plan; their parents/guardians; school personnel and any others involved in the college planning process. Students will learn what they need to know to prepare for their transition to any type of college whether it be 4-year private/state university, a 2-year community college, a vocational-technical college or any other institution of higher education.
