On March 28, 2023, Self-Advocates from WIHD joined dozens of other organizations in Westchester at the “Transition Linkages Fair” hosted at Westchester County Center. It was an opportunity for families, educators, and students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn about the resources available to help plan for a child’s transition into the adult world.
