This virtual presentation will provide participants with guidance on the requirements of obtaining parental consent in order to carry out procedures related to the special education process and the provision of services.
Members of the Mid-Hudson Special Education Task Force will answer general questions and provide suggestions that support productive conversations between families and school personnel to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
