This virtual presentation will provide participants with a better understanding of the laws that affect students with disabilities and how services and supports can be provided to ensure students are participating fully in the programs and services offered in the general education curriculum. Differences between a Section 504 Accommodation Plan and an Individualized Education Program (IEP) will be reviewed. Members of the Mid-Hudson Special Education Task Force will be ready to answer your questions.
