Required Closing Announcements
PFI 6712: Physical Therapy Service Closure. Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD) is providing notification of the prior closure of physical therapy services at the main site with PFI 6712. WIHD discontinued physical therapy services as of September 30, 2007. WIHD has since addressed patient rehabilitation needs through occupational therapy and physiatry services.
