WIHD was represented in two research posters presented by Patricia Towle, LEND Faculty, and several WIHD trainees at the International Congress of Infant Studies in Philadelphia, PA, July 1-3. The first poster, “Is There Empirical Evidence that Earlier is Better for Intervention for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder?”, was authored by Post-Doctoral Fellows Tamique Ridgard and Sofia Pham, Dr. Towle, and Patricia Patrick, WIHD’s Director of Research. The second poster, entitled “Restricted and Repetitive Behaviors in Infants and Toddlers with ASD: A New Measurement Instrument”, was authored by Dr. Towle, Dr. Jennifer Cross, and Kerry Watson, who was a 2017-18 LEND trainee and currently a doctoral candidate in the Public Health program of New York Medical College.
