DESCRIPTION:Review your child’s IEP Transition Plan! \nTarget audience:  parents of students with IEPs 8th grade and older\, college bound or other options. \nTransition planning is a process that requires a partnership among the student\, family\, and school district and\, as appropriate\, other agencies that can provide transition activities to help students with disabilities move from school to adult life. DESCRIPTION:Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from March 9 – May 25th\nThis six series parent training will provide information for families on how to promote children’s social and emotional skills\, understand their problem behavior\, and use positive approaches to help children learn appropriate behavior.
