DESCRIPTION:Location:  Westchester Institute for Human Development \nDiscussion Leader:  Patricia Seagriff\, DDS\, Director of Dental Services at WIHD\, and member of the NYS OPWDD Task Force on Special Dentistry \nDiscussion will include some barriers to dental care specific to individuals with disabilities\, and ways to  overcome these obstacles. The group will cover good oral hygiene practices\, the causes of dental decay and gum disease and how to prevent these infectious diseases. Come share your concerns\, and explore how our dental experiences can be more pleasant and successful.
