DESCRIPTION:Location:  Mt. Pleasant Cottage School \nDate:   October 23\, 2017 \nTime:  4:00 pm – 5:30 pm \nEducational programs to which our children are exposed pave the way for their opportunities following the K-12 years. This presentation will address the expanding high school credential and exiting options for students with disabilities\, and the importance of identifying post-secondary goals so that appropriate transition supports and services can be put into place.
