DESCRIPTION:WIHD is excited to invite you to the Transition Thought Exchange\, an initiative to support school districts in strategic planning and implementation for post-secondary transition for students with disabilities. DESCRIPTION:This workshop will provide families/parents and caregivers an overview of the process for developing an Individual Education Program (IEP) using a collaborative approach.
