DESCRIPTION:FOCUS: Adult Career & Continuing Education Services (ACCES-VR) and NYS Commission for the Blind NYSCB \nand NYS Commission for the Blind (NYSCB) \nJoin us for a brief discussion and receive resources to recognize various adult service agencies and the different types of services available in NYS as well as the eligibility\, referral and application process for the ​agency/service system of focus.\n​ACCES-VR assists people with disabilities to achieve and maintain employment through training\, education and career development. NYSCB provides similar services to assist people who are legally blind.
