Stephanie es una mentora con SDMNY\, la organización que redacta y gestiona los acuerdos de toma de decisiones con apoyo en el estado de Nueva York. \nSupported Decision-Making is an alternative to guardianship which\, unlike guardianship\, allows an individual with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) to retain their legal decision-making rights while being supported in decision-making by the people they choose.
