This is a FREE event for Parents, Educators, Advocates and Professionals to learn more about Adult Services & Transition Planning
This event is suggested for professionals and families of transition age young adults (14-25 years old). This fair is appropriate for those who are interested in learning more about the service and program options for young adults who have recently exited high school or who are in high school and planning for their transition into adult services.
