The Rockland Transition Consortium and Rockland BOCES would like to invite you to join us at our 8th Annual Resource and Transition Fair for Families and Students of all Ages with an IEP or 504 Plan, Services for Now and in the Future.
Students, families, and professionals are encouraged to attend.
Representatives from a variety of agencies and educational institutions (including colleges) will offer information and answer questions
- Explore post-secondary options including recreation, advocacy, education, employment training including job coaching, and much more.
- Learn about programs and resources offered by various agencies for adult day habilitation programs for those not going onto postsecondary education and employment.
- There will be hourly presentations on various topics.

The goal of this fair is to provide information on the opportunities and supports that are available to individuals with disabilities (of all ages, and all districts) now and in the future.
Resources will be available in the areas of: Adult Services, 2 and 4 Year Colleges, College Experience Programs, Community Resources, Mental Health, Recreational Opportunities, Social Groups, Special Needs Trusts, Vocational Opportunities, and more.
You may attend any of the presentations and/or visit the many tables.
There is no need to register, and you may join us for all or part of the fair.
