Audiology
The audiologists at WIHD are on the cutting edge of clinical
practice, and utilize the latest technology available. They
specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis and non-medical treatment
of both central and peripheral hearing disorders. Clinical services
to all age groups include:
- Comprehensive hearing assessments
- Full service amplification/hearing aid program-including
digital and programmable aids-from evaluation and dispensing
to counseling and repairs
- Electrodiagnostic studies (ABR, OAE and universal newborn/infant
hearing screening)
- Electronystagmography (ENG) assessment
- Central auditory processing evaluations
- Cochlear Implant Program
