Ben C. Watson, Ph.D.
 Clinical Speech Physiologist Ben
C. Watson, Ph.D., is Professor and Chair, Department of Speech-Language
Pathology, School of Public Health, New York Medical College
(NYMC). He is also an Associate Professor in the Department
of Otolaryngology at NYMC. Dr. Watson is a clinical speech physiologist
with specific expertise in laryngeal physiology and instrumented
measures of respiratory and laryngeal function. He has conducted
research in the areas of neurogenic voice disorders and voice
production in the normal aged population. Dr. Watson serves
on the Editorial Board of several scientific journals, including
the Journal of Voice. He has served as a consultant in speech
and voice physiology to the Department of Otolaryngology at
the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
